Finding Your District's IC URL

Every district has a unique Infinite Campus URL. The format is usually:

Get your district's URL from the school's official website — do not use links shared on social media.

Password Reset

  1. Go to your district's IC portal
  2. Click "Forgot Password?" or "Help Logging In"

  5. If nothing arrives: contact your school's front office — your account may need to be reset by a registrar

New Parent Account Activation

New parent portal accounts require an activation code provided by the district. If you never received one:

  • Verify the period start time is correct — IC won't accept attendance entries before the period officially starts
